Ningbo Le's Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 1993. Now we are an integrative industry enterprise that specializes in developing, manufacturing and marketing various types of washing machines.

At present, our company not only produces and sells assembled washing machines but also exports washing machine molds and relevant technologies. Now, our company is developing and strengthening mold industry and we will export more than hundred sets of washing machine molds per year.

From year 2007, our company has developed a new product---LCD wall support, which will help us win more global markets.

Our company has a complete quality management system and attained ISO9001:2000 quality system certificate. All our products have attained CCC certification from CQC and have successfully passed the evaluations of such international certifications as CB and SASO. Moreover, we are also proud of many patents for our practicability, innovation and design. We were also rewarded as "National Main High-tech Company" and "Customers Credibility Enterprise" in Zhejiang Province. "LESLI" trademark has also been praised as "China Top Brand". "LESLI" is also praised as "Well-known Enterprise in Zhejiang Province". Our products are praised as "National Inspection Free Products".

We attached great importance to the investment on research and the development of new products. Our technology department has a team of specialists who are proficient in product design and manufacture. These technical personnel uses advanced processing software like Pro/E to design products to meet different customers' needs.

Two most authoritative centers of washing machines were settled down in our company. One is Ningbo Municipal Washing Machine Quality Inspection Center. The other is Ningbo Municipal Automatic Washing Machine Development Center. These two centers not only provide strong technical support to our own company but also provide excellent technical services to other washing machine companies in Ningbo. As a result, our company becomes the leader of washing machine industry in Ningbo City.

At the beginning of our establishment, our company has been managed by family members. However, with our development, we introduced the modernized enterprise management style instead of the family management. We strictly carry out ISO9001 management system, 6S management system, ERP, CRM and other international general management styles. In order to unify the personnel's conduct, our company invests more than 100,000RMB each year to train staff and make LESLI Handbook and LESLI Stuff Rule. Our middle-high level managers are general bachelors and average age is 35 years old.
